Dave Mepham practices insurance defense litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, healthcare law, representing healthcare professionals in Board and credentialling matters, personal injury, truck accidents, and products liability.
Dave received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from Willamette College of Law in 1991. He is an active member of the Oregon and Washington state bar associations, as well as the Multnomah County and Clark County bar associations. Dave also maintains an active practice in Oregon and Washington federal courts.
Dave has been a presenter to the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Casualty Adjusters Association and the Oregon Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health Conference. He also authored the “Medical Examinations, Reports and Records, Individually Identifiable Health Information” chapter in the Oregon State Bar Civil Pleading and Practice CLE.
Dave has been listed in Oregon SuperLawyers from 2010 to present, in Portland’s Best Attorneys from 2010 to present, in Who’s Who in American Law and was voted the Best Lawyers 2023 “Lawyer of the Year” for personal injury litigation for defendants in Portland.
Dave’s personal interests include skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, climbing, camping and cooking.
