Along with medical malpractice and construction defect, Brad also represents real estate professionals, and public entities in civil litigation. Brad also practices in the appellate arena, fighting for his client's interests when cases go up on appeal. Brad is an active member of various Oregon and Washington bar associations and he serves on the Multnomah Bar Association's Judicial Screening Committee.
Brad received an undergraduate degree in engineering from Oregon State University and later received a second undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Oregon. Brad worked as an engineer for several years before earning his law degree from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law.
Brad is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and New York state courts as well as Oregon and Washington federal courts and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. His personal interests include fishing, sailing, hiking, camping, and skiing.
