Jeff Bildstein has extensive experience representing and advising healthcare providers, defending providers in medical malpractice litigation and managing professional liability litigation and claims.
Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in 1979 and his law degree from the University of Oregon in 1982. He is an active member of the Oregon and Washington state bar associations.
Jeff entered private practice in Portland, Oregon, in 1982. In 1997, he helped form the firm of Keating Jones Bildstein Hughes & Yelnosky. He represented healthcare providers throughout Oregon and Washington in a variety of matters, including professional liability, peer review, and licensing board matters. In 2006, he joined Western Litigation, Inc., at Legacy Health managing litigation and claims. In 2015, he went in-house with Legacy Health as Assistant General Counsel. Finally, in 2022 Jeff joined Hodgkinson Street Mepham, LLC, as Of Counsel, a role in which he continues to represent and advise healthcare providers in professional liability litigation.
